Customer Privacy Statement

Although your transaction system is hosted by us, we do not contact your customers for any reason without prior permission from you.  Those rare cases may be the result of technical support at your request.

We do not market to your customers or sell ANY information to third parties.  We have a strict policy to view customer data only in connection with the operation of the system.

Merchant Privacy Statement

As a customer of Affinity Data Services, we will not sell your name or any other information to third parties.

On the other hand, we do offer limited advertising on the Affinity Web Site to third parties for products or services that we feel would be beneficial to our customers.  For this reason, we do "harvest" general information such as the number of subscribers that we have, how many are restaurant, how many are retail, etc.  Confidential and/or personal or business information is never shared.

Future Offerings

Affinity Data Services may provide additional services that would require that our customers share some information with other customers.  Specifically, we are working on a "Village" module that allows each of our customers to participate in "community" rewards systems for customers.  A good example would be a Mall where each store would maintain it's own reward/point system, but also participate with other stores in the mall share program where mall customers earn secondary points that are calculated according to "village" rules.

In this type of service, you would need to provide basic information in order to participate in a "Village" program.
